COZZA- Bathtub Design | Studio ZDA

‘Cozza’ concretely born from inspiration from shellfish, and maintains its color and shape. These are the only components of the bathtub, designed according to the criteria of cleanliness and elegance.

From the symmetrical characteristic of the inner basin it is defined dilation of one of the two flaps, in which the water dispenser is inserted. The game of symmetry allows the most faithful emulation of the valve, but especially the grafting of a basic functional element.

Cozza is ideally the outcome of a successful attempt at nobilitating the matter, which is lived as a shelter rather than passively endured. The new semantics of the name is emblematic of the reinterpretation of being inside the shape.
