Dwelling is part of the essence of human existence. Unfortunately, too many make the effort to get the minimum required and fail. The accessibility of houses becomes an important theme, as does the desire to live in a beautiful house and the connection with nature that man has been looking for since the beginning of time.
Spatial solving is the most important technology for architecture. Its efficiency, its connection with nature and the atmosphere of the design that shapes it give birth to an architecture for man. At the same time, the qualities of repeatability and adaptation of the concept in several contexts, make the idea a typology.
The spatial density is obtained by designing the spaces vertically, which compresses the footprint on the ground, offering the privilege to develop with as many levels as necessary. Sliding the spaces up to half level helps to minimize the space for traffic, the rooms being accessible from the intermediate floors.
In parallel with the vertical staircase, the leisure spaces connect the main spaces to another level, thus creating particular relationships between them. Another method of space crossing is also created.
Glass closures arise from the desire to create panoramic views, and thus a maximum number of relationships between interior space and nature. Treating glass in different ways can outline different boundary intensities.
The solar panel pavement on the terrace also ensures its own energy performance, making the project self-sustaining. The space development culminate in the last level, fully open to context and integrating nature into it.
